Ok, so I’m not in a biting, sarcastic mood tonight, but I promise that I will be again soon. However, there are a couple things I have come across this week which I feel inclined to share with you.

The first is something some of you have already seen because I’ve sent you some already, but www.someecards.com has the funniest Ecards I have ever seen. You need to check it out and send some to those whose sense of humor makes them hard to offend, or just spend some time reading the different ones because it’s hilarious…

I also came across www.blackle.com which is basically a Google search on a black background. I don’t think this site is actually affiliated with Google, but it uses their search capability and has a black background instead of a white one because an article was written stating that if Google were on a dark background, it would save a certain amount of energy. The jury seems to be out on that because of different monitors, etc., and there’s been some attention given to this on some other blogs out there, but I am too lazy to summarize the information for you here. Just go to blackle.com and have a look for yourself, and if you actually do end up saving a little energy, then good for you.
